Eilon Engineering's Ron StageMaster is a load monitoring system with wireless and wired load cells for real-time load monitoring and overload prevention on stage. Ron StageMaster is the solution to the problem of unpredictable load distribution that occurs in day to day rigging activities due to the indeterminate structure problem. The load cells enable minimum headroom loss and have up to 1500 battery hours. All wireless and wired load cells (up to 96 wireless load cells, or up to 256 wired load cells with just a single cable descending from the truss) are displayed on one laptop screen as a real-time load map, overlaid on the stage-plan layout (AutoCAD etc), triggering immediate stop of the motors when certain load values are reached. Alternatively, it enables the rigger at the venue to immediately identify the location of the overload as it starts to develop and take swift preventative action.
